a) To volunteer in sensitizing farmers about the importance and necessity of agricultural modernization i.e., irrigation systems, commercial farming, poultry breeding, bee farming, capital intensive technology so as to increase on their output hence enhancing their earnings.
b) To help farmers’ access modern farming equipment’s such as tractors, ploughing machines, harvesters, etc and agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, seeds.
c) To advance modern coffee farming methods to communities which will enable the members shift from substance to commercial farming to better on their incomes.
d) To facilitate the development of the agricultural sector by helping farmers have easy access to loans so as to improve on their earnings.
e) To catalyze agro industrial growth in different parts of the Country based on principles of ecological sustainability, economic efficiency and social equity.
f) Provide professional leadership and management of the curriculum and therefore ensure that the school provide quality teaching, learning and resources for improved standards of achievement for all learners.
g) To undertake or assist in undertaking programmes for employment generation, growth and diversification of agriculture and other food based industries to increase food production and export of food products in both primary and processed from including field of Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Poultry and other areas related with food.
h) To create opportunities for skilled employment in villages through biological software industries such as the manufacture of bio-fertilizer and bio-pesticides and establishment of bio-mass refineries and promote agriculture and bio-mass related business activities for food security and for incremental incomes to producers in the context of liberalized world trade in food and agriculture commodities.
i) To provide strategic and sustainable livelihood interventions for the women and youth to improve their quality of life by prioritizing life skills development, and mindset change.

k) Promote awareness and respect of human rights as enshrined in the national, regional and international instruments, especially with regards to specific provisions on Social, Economic and Cultural rights.
l) To influence government policies for correcting the terms of trade to make them favorable for agriculture, thereby increasing the flow of resources and augmenting the rate of capital formation in agriculture sector.
m) To help farmers / farmers organization in setting up small agro based village industries.
n) To organize technology transfer through training and extension involving non-government organizations, farmers’ association, etc.
