Jekani Agro has taken a significant step toward transforming agriculture in Uganda with the introduction of innovative organic pesticides and fertilizers designed to improve crop yields while protecting the environment.

The organization has developed a range of organic products specifically tailored for key crops, including tomatoes and green vegetables. In addition, Jekani Agro has produced specialized organic pesticides and fertilizers for coffee, bananas, and cocoa—some of the country’s most important cash crops.

As part of its commitment to sustainable farming, the company has also introduced a crop care organic fertilizer particularly suited for coffee and banana plantations. These solutions are designed to enhance soil fertility, strengthen plant health, and naturally control pests without the harmful effects associated with chemical inputs.

Speaking about the initiative, representatives from Jekani Agro emphasized the importance of adopting eco-friendly farming practices to ensure long-term agricultural productivity and environmental conservation.

Our goal is to support farmers across Uganda to achieve maximum yields while maintaining healthy soils and producing safe, high-quality food, Jekani Founder noted.

The introduction of these organic products comes at a time when farmers are increasingly seeking sustainable and cost-effective alternatives to conventional farming methods.
